Establish a state constitutional right to organize or join a labor organization for the purpose of collective bargaining

A yes vote means Workers get a guaranteed constitutional right to organize and join unions for collective bargaining.
A no vote means Workers' right to organize stays the same as it is now, not protected by the state constitution.
Simple explanation
Right now, workers can try to form a union to negotiate as a group for better pay and conditions, but it's not protected by the state constitution. This measure would make it a constitutional right, kind of like free speech. That means it'd be harder for anyone to take that power away from workers.
